NYC graffiti legend KEON is one of the most respected writers in the city. Charles “Keon” Loreto is a Brooklyn born and based painter, sculptor, and muralist. A graduate of the School of Visual Arts, 1982, Mr. Loreto, aka, ‘Keon One’, is a long standing member of the Ex Vandals graffiti crew.
