Description

Peter Swain is a talented artist from New Hampshire. He works with many different mediums but he is most comfortable using comic/horror themed sculptures and turning them into something extraordinary. He has received recognition and praise for his attention to detail and for using innovative techniques. Combining wood, resin, foam, paint and glass, he repurposes old and broken pieces into usable, interesting art.

Self-taught through years of hands-on experience, Peter spends is time restoring old movie-prop statues and vintage toys. He currently owns and operates his own store, RePetes Comics & Collectibles, to showcase his love for unique art, comics, vintage toys – encouraging people of all ages to follow their passions.

“I love the challenge of experimenting with old school tools and methods as well as the latest techniques. Incorporating my love for comics, horror movies, rat rod cars, wagons and skateboards, I want my pieces to be visually interesting and functional art.”
