Alan Lucks is an American artist, graduating fro Brooklyn College with a B.A. in art history. After living in Greece for 5 years, he returned to Brooklyn and then relocated to Long Island. Alan paints both in acrylic and oils, in an attempt to encourage thought and reflection. He takes are seriously but can be humorous or satirical. Lucks is an underground favorite amongst NY’s elite collectors – almost like a secret they like to keep to themselves.
